When an order is placed it is dispatched using Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery timescales:
UK – 3 to 5 working days.
EU – 7 to 9 working days.
Rest of the world – 9 to 16 working days.
These shipping dates are provided as an estimate. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We ask you to wait 10 working days for UK orders or 30 working days for International orders before contacting us. Royal Mail will declare a parcel as lost if it is not delivered within these time frames.
Once a parcel is declared as lost, we will then be able to work with you to offer a replacement or a refund.
We ask that lost parcels are reported within 60 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement.
